What happens if my order arrives damaged?
While we take every precaution, accidents can happen. If your item arrives broken, please take a photo of the damaged piece and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact our support team for a free replacement.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked brown or white boxes. The shipping label will list 'DRB Distribution' or a similar neutral name to protect your privacy.
