At Dab Rigs & Bongs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new glassware or home accessories. If your item arrives damaged or you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack With Care

  Securely wrap your unused glass or accessory in its original protective padding and box to ensure no breakage occurs during the return transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it is unused, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
